Community Guidelines
Last updated: July 11, 2026
CreatorSyncra exists so creators can find people worth collaborating with — based on fit, not follower counts. That only works if the community is trustworthy. These guidelines are short on purpose: three things we ask of everyone, and a clear list of what gets you removed.
The three asks
- Be respectful. Every creator here — from brand-new to established — deserves the same respect. Audience size is not status.
- Communicate professionally. Respond to proposals honestly (a polite decline beats silence), show up when you commit, and say so early when plans change.
- Honor your collaborations. Do what you agreed to in the Hub — including the clip & reuse terms you set together. Follow-through is what builds your standing here.
Not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
- Scams and fraud — fake collaborations, phishing, misleading anyone about who you are or what you offer.
- Impersonating a person or brand, or faking your audience or identity.
- Spam: mass unsolicited requests, bot or duplicate accounts, junk board posts.
- Selling or hiring paid services on collaboration surfaces — this version of CreatorSyncra is collabs only.
- Stealing content or violating others' intellectual property.
- Being under 18. No exceptions.
- Where your content involves sponsorships, follow the disclosure laws that apply to you.
How enforcement works
Use Report or block (on every proposal, Collaboration Hub, and board post) and our moderation team reviews it. Consequences scale with severity — warning, restriction, suspension, or permanent removal — and never depend on how big your audience is or whether you pay us (nothing does). Knowingly false reports are themselves a violation. If you believe a decision was wrong, email support@creatorsyncra.com and a human will re-review it.
Meeting in person
CreatorSyncra doesn't arrange meetups. If you choose to meet a collaborator: meet in a public place, confirm who you're meeting first, tell someone where you'll be — and report anything unsafe with the dedicated “Unsafe in-person meeting” report reason. Those reports get priority.
