Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. What CreatorSyncra is
CreatorSyncra helps content creators find and run collaborations based on compatibility. We provide discovery, structured collaboration requests, a shared collaboration workspace, and safety tooling. We are not a party to any collaboration: agreements, content, and meetings between creators are between those creators.
2. Who can use it — 18+
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We ask for your date of birth at signup and enforce this requirement technically. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed. You also agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure — your account is yours alone and may not be sold or transferred.
3. The current version is free
All collaboration features in this version of CreatorSyncra are free. Paid plans may be introduced later for additional professional capabilities; core collaboration features will remain free, and paid plans will never buy visibility, recommendation priority, or moderation leniency.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, discriminate against, or defame anyone;
- run scams or fraud, impersonate any person or brand, or misrepresent your audience or identity;
- enter false self-declared information — including a self-reported audience size on a connected platform (e.g. Kick) that you know to be inaccurate. Self-declared audience data must be honest; deliberately false declarations are treated as fraud and may trigger account review, removal of the affected badge or data, and suspension or termination;
- spam — including mass unsolicited requests, fake accounts, bots, or scraping;
- offer or solicit paid services on collaboration surfaces (a dedicated services marketplace may arrive in a later version);
- post content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or violates the Community Guidelines;
- probe, bypass, or interfere with the platform's security or rate limits.
5. Your content and your collaborations
You own the content you create. By posting on CreatorSyncra (profile, open calls, proposals), you give us a limited license to display it as needed to run the service. How collaboration content may be clipped or reused is agreed between collaborators — the Collaboration Hub includes a clip & reuse agreement for exactly this, and you're responsible for honoring what you agree to.
6. Meeting people
CreatorSyncra does not arrange or supervise in-person meetings. If you choose to meet a collaborator in real life, use the safety guidance in our Help Center (public places, identity confirmation) and report unsafe behavior. We never display your home address or private contact details; contact methods are shared only after both sides accept a collaboration, and only the ones you chose.
7. Enforcement — suspension and termination
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines, with severity matched to the violation. Enforcement never depends on subscription level. If you believe we got it wrong, contact support@creatorsyncra.com and we'll review it. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how).
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
CreatorSyncra is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable and safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that any collaboration will happen or succeed, or the conduct of other users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorSyncra's liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (currently: zero, since the service is free).
9. Disputes and changes
Creator-to-creator disagreements should first be handled between you; our report system covers no-shows and abusive behavior. For disputes with us, contact support first — most things are resolved by talking. We may update these terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be announced in-app or by email, and continuing to use CreatorSyncra after changes take effect means you accept them.
