The short version

What we collect and why

Connecting your platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick & SoundCloud)

Connecting is optional. When you connect, you log in on the platform's own screen (OAuth) — we never see or store your password. We request read-only access, use it once to confirm the account is yours and (where the platform exposes it) read your follower or subscriber count, and then discard the access token. We keep only the verified result: the platform, your handle, and your audience as a band (never the raw number). Some platforms — Kick, for example — don't expose an audience count to us, so there we verify only that you own the channel. On those, you may optionally enter your follower count, which we convert to a band and store without keeping the exact number. It's clearly labelled self-reported (not verified), is reviewed by our teambefore it affects recommendations, can be changed once every 30 days, and must be honest — see our Terms. We display a verified badge and coordinate a re-check about every 30 days to keep things current. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Connections, which deletes what we stored. We do not post, message, or act on your behalf.

Your use of Kick through CreatorSyncra is subject to the Kick Terms of Service and the Kick Privacy Policy.

SoundCloud is used only to verify your identity — we confirm you own the account and keep your handle for the verified badge. We read no follower or audience data, and this connection is never used in recommendations. Your use of SoundCloud through CreatorSyncra is subject to the SoundCloud Terms of Use and the SoundCloud Privacy Policy.

CreatorSyncra's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your use of YouTube through CreatorSyncra is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can also revoke CreatorSyncra's access to your Google account at Google security settings.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: the session cookies that keep you signed in (set by our authentication provider, Supabase). We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies. Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function, there is nothing to opt out of — block them in your browser and sign-in simply won't work.

Who processes your data

Your data lives with the infrastructure providers that run CreatorSyncra. Each processes data only to provide their service to us, under their own terms:

We share data with no one else, except if required by law or to protect users from imminent harm.
